U.S. Sens. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and Jack Reed (D-R.I.) toured Newport News Shipbuilding and received a briefing on the Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) of the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) on Tuesday.
